haha.. today is fun!
at first i really want to stay at home and rest my day off, because yesterday was like so so so ..........................but woke up that time i was ok already.. haha... then JX gor say he want to pass me notes and that shena jie baking cake, so ok bah.. haha.. passed him some amath notes, he told me in a hurry so didn't prepare all de notes for him, next time see him then pass to him de rest bah xD haha... thanks jx gor for de notes! xD
bought some baking stuffs.. spent $23++ i think.. haha... then set off to baking de things!!
haha.. started with carrot cake.. it was sort of like a mess? HAHA.. replaced butter with oil ( omg! ).. haha.. aga-ration rocks! haha.. everything also aga-ration.. HAHA.. jx gor playing his comp, me and shena jie baking! we were like so excited.. just suppressing our eagerness that's all.. HAHAHAHAHAHA... did de usual stuff.. but a lot of laughing is going on.. especially when cracking de egg.. need to crack 3 eggs mah.. then first egg she did it perfectly ( grats! ), but de subsequent ones i kept staring at her because it is so so so wonderful ( i mean de eggs), then she CMI.. so she didn't crack it perfectly.. haha.. a lot of laughing is going on.. then need to turn that cinnamon powder, black sugar and egg to light and creamy.. no idea what's that, never mind, check the internet! haha.. modern people cooking... no no more cook books, internet works de best! HAHA... so we girls in kitchen, de mums in de living room.. haha .. the world has changed? haha.. after that threw that thingy into de oven and ta-da!!! done!! haha.. not bad lar... just that de walnut tasted a bit weird.. then de carrot doesn't taste very strong.. overall OK! haha... i had a fun time cutting de carrots using knife xD haha... my mum was like " wah, you know how to use knife?!" what de... so amused for what! i never cook doesn't mean i dunno mah.. haha... my practical very good one lor!! haha... of edible standard... haha...
after that we baked MUFFINS!!! haha... de first 3 choco ones are ok? haha.. some a bit chao-da.. then ok lar.. haha... de chocolate i put a lot! very chocolaty!! haha.. then is 75% coaco? haha.. so a bit bitter.. but because got add sugar in de muffin, so de taste sort of blends in.. HAHA.. this time round i crack de egg!! WOO HOO!!! i think i did a great job though! haha.. so fun so fun!!!! i was like so amused at de egg.. the shena jie kept laughing.. LALALA... haha... i was like half dancing while holding de egg.. a bit crazy @_@.. haha..
the 3 not very succeessful ones.. haha.. ok bah.. not bad nerh!!! got one like volvano like that!...

this carrot cake looks very wrong! if you get what i mean.. haha... wonder how it become like that...

haha.. at first it wasn't like that de.. i was beating de eggs mah.. so went over to look at de muffins.. then saw this muffin de thing overflow.. then i very dumb also.. i was looking at it and omg-ing at de same time.. then my cousin was like, " why you omg-ong?".. haha.. then she came over and wanted to omg too! haha.. but she salvage de situation lar.. haha... so became like that lor...
then MUAHAHA.. wanted to bake BANANA MUFFIN!!! haha... i eat a bit can le.. no harm done i think? HAHA... is like de banana super big lar!! then my cousin ask me to squash the banana.. SQUASH!!! MUHAHAHAHA... REVENGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was like having a fun time squashing it... HAHAHAHAHAH... see what happens to my enemy? SQUASHED!!!! haha... never offend any girl... zui du fu ren xin. haha...

HAHAHAHA!!!! never become my enemy!!! muahahah!! hahas... very funny nerh!!! is like de oven very hot mah.. then we sort of like BBQ de marshmallow with de oven.. we open de oven thing, then on it and heat it while bbq-ing it.. then my aunt came over say it might explode.. then we were like HARH?! omg?! but ours is sort of like a great success lar.. tasted so much better that BBQ ones because this one is more thorough.. haha.. then my brother want to try mah.. then no one dare because scared explode.. HAHA
i was having a fun time squashing de bananana.. then my cousin was like laughing away.. haha.. i get amused by little things.. haha... in de midst of cooking, my mum keep coming to disturb.. haha.. then i very funny.. next time i cook hor, need to make extra ingredient.. is like de flour,egg,butter and sugar.. we mix them up.. then i eat de mixture.. as in taste a bit a bit like that.. yummy nerh!!! even though de egg is like RAW... which is OMG?! haha... but then it is super SWEET~! then chocolate also.. she ask me add in chocolate, i put inside my mouth first, then add in.. SO FUN!!! haha... put inside de ovven... not bad mah! my mum say it tasted GOOOD! muahaha! haha... even my aunt says so lor!!! yay... cheers shena jie!! haha... it was a great SUCCESS BAKING THE MUFFINS!!!
haha.. after that we venture in baking Rich Plain cookies using de remaining ONE EGG... haha.. which is ok! haha... it was rather easy nerh! haha... we need de egg yolk only.. then my cousin craaccked de egg and get de egg yolk ( she doubted my skills xD ) haha.. then she left de egg yolk.. then i took it and play with it!! pouring it here and there.. then put on my hand.. it feels disgusting! haha... then put in de bowl! so fuN! haha.. shena jie CMI me.. haha... had fun shaping de cookies!! haha... however... while baking in de oven, we were making de fondue!! which was so rich and yummy and OMG OMG OMG NICE NICE NICE NICE!!!!! haha..
the cookies we shaped!!! so cute nerh!!!mine was the "P", de "star" which i like de most because it looks so so so cute!! and de fish and the C shaped MOON!! haha... de rest are made by shena jie!! i like de round faced guy.. looks so cute lar!! de heart shape very special too!! haha...

is like we get it done in less than $6, outside eat need to pay $20++ haha.. so yup yup.. me and shena jie super happy! haha...
then we didn't notice that de cookies were cha-da-ing till my aunt ask us why got that smell.. is it because we cooking de chocolate.. then is like, holy crap! de cookies!! then flew to de oven.. and i was omg-ing at de oven because de cookie cha-da.. then off it lor.. HAHA...
so it became like that....
which was so LOL!!!! but de taste is still there though.. de most obvious one in this pic, with 2 big round eyes, is my star.. HAHA... so glad that it "survived"... left 2 are totally inedible..
ta da!!! purposely took it in black and white format... but then, it looked worst.. is totally cha-da... cannot eat that kind... HAHA... really had fun nerh!!!! haha.. eat till so full lar!! then my uncle was mixing de fondue with de MOO ice cream.. haha.. because de fondue a bit bitter.. then ice cream sweet.. so mix together very nice.. then my cousin and uncle as me if i want to eat.. then i was like, should i? then he kept advertising to me.. say dunno what if you don't eat today, you will miss it forever.. you will never know de taste of it flowing into your nose.. haha.. he talk as if de MOO ice cream gave him commision for advertising.. haha.. he very cute lar!! then in de end i agree to eat.. so nice!!! haha...
watch little nyonya.. i know roughly de storyline le mah.. so i was really agitated throughout de show.. then telling them de details and blahs... haha.. so funny lar!! so fun!!! haha...
thanks shena jie and JX GOR!!! and my mum and my aunt and uncle and my brother.. haha.. so fun!! then tonight sure CMI one lor... ate bananana.. then yesterday vomited... then LOL... haha.. today ate medicine then go out so no prob, plus yesterday vomit finish le.. then tomorrow.. HAHA...
