so long no post le...haha..that time i went to Anderson sec to do the science experiment thing, so here are some of the photos..haha...i LEARNT a LOT from them...about LB agar, growth of bacteria and blah blah blah...so NICE!!!!

here is the process of identifying what shape our bacteria is...before putting them under the microscope, i knew it was in chain and coccus B shape le lor...haha..i saw them moving before they were dead...so sad...mr jeffrey killed them(he is our instructor)..haha..

Firstly...

here are the things need...the speciman is already done..because we took it after the experiment..haha

then, we scrap off the bateria from the LB agar, then burn it.

before burn...the bateria was alive!!! haha
then add the sokutions at interval, then you can put it under the microscope!!

the yoghut we made...me,eunice,li huan and zhu li..haha..quite nice la..i know how to cook caramel!!! use condense milk, stir it under low heat for 15 minutes and it will be CARAMEL!!!! nice!
